Margaret Cass I have been practicing yoga with Michelle at Asha Yoga Studio on a regular basis for a couple of years now. It has been an amazing journey with both Michelle, her mother Kay (through spiritual guidance) and the various other yoga teachers at the studio. I feel extremely blessed to have found this forum to heal my body mentally, physically and emotionally. Michelle provides an enormous amount of support, encouragement and love. I have participated in various retreats (both day and overseas) and speciality classes, all of which have been extremely enriching in so many different ways. I would highly recommend Asha Yoga studio to all individuals whether at a beginner or more advanced level. I have been practicing yoga on and off for over 25 years and Michelle is by far the most gorgeous, welcoming and technically talented teacher that I have ever come across. I owe her the deepest amount of gratitude. She is truly humble and possibly unaware of the high level of positive impact she has had on my life. Thank you Michelle, namaste!

Kylie Good The team at Impact are your birthday party planning partners. Unique requests are considered and accommodated if possible to make your childs birthday special. Two hours jam packed with energetic games for the birthday child & their friends, while the parents overlook the fun being had and ecstatic faces on the children. Organised lunch and a much needed rest, before hitting the mat again for some extra fun before concluding the party with tired attendees. The highlights were the group photo, breaking the board and cutting the cake with a samurai sword! The team are professional and what a better way for kids to experience karate in a fun way, than sharing in celebrations with their friends.
