Nugget Nugget Michelle is a great teacher and warm and welcoming. I have really enjoyed her classes. She takes the time to show you correct stance and adjust as needed if you have issues. The setting at Heal is beautiful which adds to the whole experience.

Deborah Hutton I’m only three weeks into my VAMOS journey, but as someone who has never loved the gym, I’m surprised by how much I’m genuinely enjoying it. The whole team is fantastic—supportive and always around to help when needed, yet never in a way that makes me feel watched or judged. The privacy of the cubes really adds to that comfortable, not-on-display feeling. My individual program is pushing me just the right amount, and I’m already noticing the benefits. I love that the digital program tracks my progress in real time—it keeps me motivated and makes it easy to see how far I’ve come. The bookable system has also been a game-changer for my accountability; if it’s in the calendar, I’m going! As someone who doesn’t enjoy cardio, the focus on strength training has been a huge plus. The sessions feel purposeful and achievable, and the whole environment is friendly and welcoming. Is VAMOS going to change my attitude toward gyms? You know… it just might.

Emma Edwards Dani is just fantastic. I started seeing her for pilates due to chronic lower back pain, and she has already got me feeling so much stronger. Ive even got my husband coming along to sessions! Highly highly recommend.

Dijana Dragicevich I’ve been at Evexia for a year now. Having a personal trainer makes me accountable in comparison to a gym membership. I also value the attention to form and correct execution of movements so I target the right muscles and don’t hurt myself. The team are highly educated, knowledgeable, professional and friendly, accepting of all body types. There’s no ego in the gym, I feel comfortable and enjoy the space and small numbers. There’s no contract or pressure and there’s flexibility to change appointments if you are away. I have been able to achieve my goals and look forward to achieving more.
