Mary Chawulak Lauren is the actual best myo I’ve ever seen. She beats any osteo, physio, chiro or myo I’ve ever seen in 32 years of life. I’ve never felt better after my sessions with her. She is not only professional, knowledgeable and provides excellent results, she makes you feel at home and ensures you’re comfortable. So friendly, kind and experienced. All the staff are lovely and it’s a nice environment. Highly recommend!

UPG Studio - VIC

Dat Van James Nguyen is fantastic! I’ve injured both shoulders and the pain would wake me up at night. He literally fixed 95% of it on my first visit and elieved all my tension around my next and shoulders on my second visit. Just can’t believe how much relief he has given me after months of discomfort. James is very personable, honest and provides instant result. I can’t recommend him enough!

BH Movement - VIC

sepehr mokhberi I had a positive experience with BH Movement, specifically with Brett, who provided expert guidance in strength and conditioning for Jujitsu and Muay Thai. Despite having back and hip injuries, Brett developed a tailored program that not only addressed these issues but also improved overall physical performance. I now train 6 days a week without any pain which has been due to Brett and his tailored approach and constantly checking in on me to ensure that I am progressing with my training. Would strongly recommend.

James Bebbington I recently had the chance to visit Anytime Fitness Manly, and I was really impressed. The gym has everything you need for a solid session from a great range of cardio machines to plenty of free weights and strength equipment. It’s clear that they really focus on providing all the essentials to help members achieve their fitness goals. What stood out to me was how well-organized and spacious the gym felt. Even with the variety of equipment, it didn’t feel cramped or cluttered. I never had trouble finding what I needed, and there was always equipment available, which is a huge plus. The vibe at Anytime Fitness Manly was also a highlight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had a relaxed yet motivating atmosphere. It wasn’t intimidating at all, which is important whether you’re a newbie or an experienced gym-goer. Plus, the 24/7 access is a game-changer. It’s perfect for those with busy schedules who want to work out at times that suit them. Overall, Anytime Fitness Manly offers a great balance of convenience, quality equipment, and a welcoming environment. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
