Crashhotfitness - VIC

Joanna Banks I came to Henry needing to do some basic strength training to compliment my marathon training program. Its now been 8 months of consistent twice weekly training and my body is so much stronger, i have had no niggles nor injuries, which i have sustained during training for previous marathons, and am feeling the best i ever have felt prior to race day. I plan to continue training post marathon to improve my strength even more as i have come such a long way in such a short period of time. Thank you Henry.

CONDITN Training North Sydney - VIC

CC W Highly recommend Conditn North Sydney. The trainers are very dedicated, showing genuine care, correcting/ improving your form, especially Vania. She was very friendly, even though we were new to the studio and dropping in. She treated regular members and newbies (including visitors) with equal amount of care and attention. This is an inclusive and welcoming studio for all walks, all ages, whether you are really fit or starting out. Studio is conveniently located near to Victoria Cross metro station - few min walk.

Revo Fitness Cranbourne - VIC

Chris Green Have been a member on and off at this location since it was Genesis fitness in 2016. I visited just before the renovation and it almost gave my eyes third degree burns when I walked in to the very same machines! Revo then closed for a posted 2 months, and actually beat their deadline, reopening towards the middle of June instead of the start of July. My gosh, what a makeover, all shiny new equipment and a much better layout. Were here to exercise, so I dont see an issue if you need to walk a few more steps to get to your next push or pull exercise. One little gripe is that I wish they had a supinated pull down machine in addition to their prorated pull down one. Im very glad that they scrapped the sexist womens only area too. Opting to instead open up the gym floor for more quality machines and reducing the risk of overcrowding. Everyone is at the gym to improve and work on themselves. Personal health and fitness has come along way since this was Genesis. It is a lot more mainstream now for women to workout just as much as men. So to think in this day and age that a women only area is still needed is quite backward. So what if you get a few looks when youre working out, take it as a compliment. Im sure they are cast towards both genders these days; and I dont see men complaining. Women can do everything a man can do if they put their mind to it, and they dont need an outdated discriminatory handicap to do so. Staff are always friendly and the club manager responds quickly to equipment requests too. Keep up the great work Revo!!
