5 /5 Tyson Truong: DNA MMA is the place for you if you wanna learn self-defence and go pro in fighting. The facilities are clean, and great to train in. The people are nice and easy to make friends with, Owen is nice as great to talk to! Charli and Lebon are the best Muay Thai coaches, they focus on what you need to work on depending on your style and your weaknesses allowing you to progress quickly. Highly recommend if you want to improve your skills in fighting.

5 /5 Mr Bedi: DNA MMA is an incredibly safe and welcoming place for kids. The environment is inclusive, and the trainers are all friendly and supportive. It’s my son’s favourite part of the day—he says he doesn’t understand time, but always knows when it’s time to head to DNA MMA! The program teaches children discipline and respect in a fun and engaging way.

5 /5 Bimal Damania: So glad that we came across this place as we were driving to the plaza. Did a trial and kids loved it and still are! Owen and Dan are amazing with the kids, must say they have a lot of patience dealing with my 5 year old. Both are caring and have supported my little one with some issues at school as well, I am in their debt forever. They have a good combination of bjj, muay Thai and mma. Perfect for every kid to learn some self defence. Highly recommend this place for all families.
