Strong Women Can - VIC

Deirdre McIntyre Very inclusive gym that focuses on all aspects of womens health. Importantly there is a focus on functional movement and working out with weights. I took a small group Foundational Movement program and found it to be expertly designed and run. I really liked the camaraderie and encouragement. Im a certain age and need the weights, and the focus on form as I have the litany: bad knees, shoulders, recurring plantar fasciitis. My aim was to not sustain injury and to get back into exercise so I can live and age better. The focus on correct form and alternate ways of doing an activity has allowed me to accomplish this. Strongly recommend this gym!

Robyn Kelly Helen is very kind and welcoming, the toning tables are for all fitness le vels you can adapt your work out and time to your individual needs. I highly recommend Exerflex even if it is just to keep you flexible a d mobile.
