F45 Training - VIC

Kylie Lee I joined F45 in January 2024. Originally I joined for the flexibility of sessions but it has also increased my fitness so much. I love being able to have access to multiple session times each day and the online booking system is easy to use. Being able to train 7 days a week is amazing. I prefer the group fitness environment and F45 Doreen always brings the vibes. The trainers are always welcoming, helpful and push me to my limits.

Jungle HQ - VIC

Casey Great gym if youre interested in bodybuilding. Its kitted out with top of the line niche kind of equipment you dont find in a lot of places, like pendulum squats and Prime plate loaded incline presses. The owner Jack is a legend and the gym is clean, equipment well maintained, not too busy and good etiquette from other members.

Highett Youth Club - VIC

Laura G My daughter attends the all-abilities class on a Saturday and its amazing. The coaches are fantastic; they adapt what theyre doing and how theyre engaging depending on the needs (and mood) of the child. All participants have differing abilities and all are included in the sessions without any changes being a big deal or standing out.
