Fitness for Every Body - VIC

Jess An amazing, professional and knowledgeable PT. Having never properly entered a gym and rehabbing postural and other weaknesses, Sarah has helped me form great habits, taught me a lot about how to get the most out of my time in the gym, and just overall made me much more well rounded and athletic. You can definitely tell the difference between a session with her vs yourself haha. She pushes you to be your best and takes the time to really understand your needs and get you where you want to go. Its honestly been the best investment in my health to date. Its a great community. I would highly recommend booking a session. Super personable and amazing human all around. With her help, I might even try competing in the future. Amazing things happen when you take the time to really focus on your health and fitness journey and Sarah can help you through it.

Her deep understanding of anatomical fascial connections was immediately clear—she was able to pinpoint areas of tightness and weakness just by observing me stand. It was impressive how quickly she identified the root causes of my pain and limited range of motion. In just one session, she used targeted exercises that released tension and improved both my mobility and stability. I noticed a significant difference in my running afterward—my stride felt smoother and stronger. If youre looking for someone who truly knows how to assess and treat the body holistically, Claudia is amazing!
