I felt genuinely welcome in my first class, the instructors made a real effort to learn my name, explain the exercises and make me feel part of the family. Couldn’t recommend GRIT more!

I appreciate the range of times to book according to my week, and the satisfaction at the end of all my workouts. Since joining Ive had so much energy, the accountability system of booking has helped me be committed and I am seeing the fruit of that in body and mind, feeling positive, strong & full of possibility. Inspiring training with groups of people of varying age, obviously committed to their health, strength and long term well-being. The space is well supported by friendly, kind & experienced trainers, clean, safe, doesnt feel overwhelming.
