Bee Bee Light Space Yoga is amazing. The first time I walked through the door they had essential oil lightly touching the air and the space was so clean and big that it was really inviting. They offer a variety of different style classes and I got to try them all and found them all to be beneficial to my mental health. I signed up for their Introductory offer, absolutely loved every class. I would love to be able to be a permanent member of this studio. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s interested in trying yoga or experienced in yoga already. I feel so much stronger. I haven’t been able to do a headstand since I was a young teenager and can now do them due to the increase in my strength. Not that they do them in the classes (so don’t worry) but my goal was to focus on my abdominal muscles and overall strength and I was surprised how quickly I was able to build these up over my journey there. My heartfelt thanks to everyone from Light Space Yoga for this opportunity, I’m truly grateful.

Melissa Wheeler Having had chronic back pain since 1992 I was at the end of my tether. I only trust 2 people with my back -my physio and my surgeon. I now trust another person Briony. Ive been training with her for 2 years now and my back has improved and strengthened. While its never going to be better at least I have way more mobility now and less pain. Trust Briony for rehab, she wont steer you wrong.

Nemo Kura I have been a member of this gym since 2014. There were so many issues until Justin took over. After that, the only thing I saw was improvement basically every year. The gym mightnt be large but it had everything I needed, nice and new equipment and also great crowd who were serious about working out. I have made many friends at this gym. The cost was also affordable. It is so sad to leave as Im moving out of the country. Thank you so much Justin so making this gym so great. It was the second most visited place after home. I will definitely come and visit when I have a chance to come back to Sydney.
