Merrilyn Stanger I was one of the first dancers to attend DMA Clinical Pilates , 1988 , and over the years , Clinical Pilates under strict supervision by Director Craig Phillips , has seen me avoid surgery , regain my ballet strong body , avoidance of injuries. I can not think of any other way to rehabilitate my body than with this method . Outstanding is DMA .

His music is spot on, I’m usually singing my way through my routine. Thanks Rhys you’re a total legend.
