1 /5 Madison Saara: This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever come across. I attempted to cancel my membership which took weeks to resolve resulting in two payments being taken following the cancellation of my membership. I got in contact with Nathan to ask for a refund of these payments to which he agreed, however, never actually sent the refund. I have sent over 10 text messages asking for the refund, each time he says yes he will send the funds and then to no surprise never does. He is now not responding to my text messages and has seemingly blocked my number. Now I’m left out of pocket with no response from the gym. Absolutely shocked that someone can run a business like this.
If you’re thinking of signing up to this gym, please don’t!
