Mandy Collins I have been a member of Ufit for about 2 1/2 years. Emma is the best trainer ever. Her programs are always fresh, challenging and enjoyable. She has immense knowledge of exercise physiology, can provide individual programs adjusting to injuries and conditions, especially associated with aging Emma is a warm friendly person who always makes me feel welcome. Emmas program has been a decisive factor in my locating to Mornington to live. She has been wonderful.

RISE Macclesfield - VIC

Rehoming Coordinator Best thing I could have done was join RISE. The exercises are so different, I never knew they existed! Hard exercises sometimes but thats a great challenge! Im stronger, literally. Still got a long way to go. But Ive seen a positive change. Im needing to be stronger and fitter as I get older, to enable me to look after my Husband when the Parkinsons really takes hold. Also, everyone is so nice too, always a great atmosphere. That means a lot!
