Healthways Recreation Centre - VIC

Rachael Brown Old school bowling venue with fabulous staff. We used to come here as kids in the 90s and were pleased to see it still going strong (and hardly changed!). Had a great time with a big group of extended family during the school holidays (discount rates!) and strong recommend. We loved the low tech set up, ultra well looked after facilities and relative quiet compared to the other bowling places around.

Paul Battaglia This is a great hilly course amongst the university grounds. It is challenging with some tight turns. The coffee choices post run is pretty good.

Lionheart Krav Maga & Close Quarter Combat - VIC

Orlando Hart Lionheart Krav Maga is a great place for kids and adults to learn self defence, stay fit and grow in confidence. John (JT) is an excellent instructor and really knows how to engage the students. He knows how to make it fun, and take it serious when he has to. My daughter has been attending for nearly 3 years and looks forward to every class.

Erra Fitness - VIC

Penny Ferris I’ve been training with Michael since April and couldn’t recommend him enough. He is super supportive and is able to explain things in a way that makes the gym a lot less intimidating. When I need it, he is able to adjust exercises in the moment to how I’m feeling and where my body is at - while still pushing me to keep progressing and hitting new milestones. I started with zero gym experience and now I’m training 4+ times a week, feeling stronger and more confident. Michael makes the whole process approachable and enjoyable - if you’re looking for a trainer who actually listens and knows how to push you in the right way, he’s the one!
