Flick L This place is honestly more than a gym, it’s a real community. From day one the coaches have been incredible. They don’t just run the sessions - check in, correct your form, have some banter, motivate you and genuinely care about how you’re progressing. The vibe is always high, everyone is supportive and you walk in feeling welcomed no matter what kind of day you’re having. The workouts are challenging in the best way, but the energy in the room makes you want to push yourself. I’ve trained at other places before and nothing compares - I truly wouldn’t train anywhere else!

Alysha Sandow The Training Depot in Richmond is an amazing training studio with top quality equipment! I have been so lucky and so happy to be training here with such a friendly bunch of people. All the trainers and the clients coming in for workouts are so lovely and positive. The space is so fresh, bright and clean with fun music. Its definitely a place I look forward to going along to as well. You won’t find a better gym to train at in such good company!

Belle Nilon Mitch is amazing! His workouts are so unusual, but they work so well and leave you laughing while you do them. He always listens to any concerns or troubles I may be having and accommodates the program that. I highly recommend MBXphys for exercise improvements and building confidence.
