Carlton Jim LTYB in Bally has been amazing – we moved into the area having come from another brilliant gym where we were previously, wondering if wed ever find something that would ever meet those same standards. Once we found Jared and the crew, I have to say we found our answer here OTB. They really do strike the perfect balance between meeting where youre at with pushing you just beyond your limits so you actually get fitter – something I think is harder to find that it would seem! Strongly recommend!

Debbie Jackson Old decor but food and service are excellent, A nice place for a quite meal with friends, we had 12 in our group. No issue parking. Highly recommended.

BFT Ramsgate - VIC

Zhong Jiang I’ve been to 2 BFT gyms and this one is far better. The owner and the coach Linda are friendly and fantastic. She really encourages you to get the best out of the session, which can also be tailored to beginners. The vibe and BFT community are really friendly and welcoming. Bonus there is an area to bring my small kids to hang out.
