Amy Applekät Had an amazing session after a long hiatus from exercise due to injury. Unfortunately I have to give up my usual weightlifting for lower impact exercise, and my reformer class with Karen was the perfect introduction to Pilates; she is intuitive and gentle but great at communicating and breaking down the moves to a newbie. Great taste in music too! I’m now no longer dreading my transition away from my usual routine and into Pilates, and am really looking forward to coming back!

Fun Fast Fitness - VIC
Robert Johnston I recently joined the Lungs in action classes and enjoy the fun exercises as we as a class move from machine to machine. The class I do runs for one hour twice a week and feel much better after doing these low impact. I’m one of 25+ people in the class and can highly recommend this to any senior who wants to keep moving. Rebecca and her friendly team are so courteous and supportive.

Stacey This studio offers a warm and welcoming environment, perfect for beginners. I was nervous before my very first class, but my anxieties quickly disappeared thanks to the supportive atmosphere. Avelyn and Sara were wonderful, warm, intentional, and gave clear, direct instructions that made everything easy to follow. Im so glad that Ive found this place!
