His wealth of knowledge has been a lifesaver for us, whilst my father was palliative , then passed away and my mother subsequently needed to move into high level aged care. Everything to do with their situation was quite complex, but Daniel is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and helped us get everything we needed sorted out . He helped us navigate the aged care system in a way that we could not do ourselves in such a time of grief and we are incredibly grateful for this.
