We had encountered a group of unhelpful vendor, lawyer and the real estate agent which ultimately resulted in pulling out of the contract under sunset clause. During the most difficult and uncertain times Julie showed great empathy with active listening to our concerns and reassured us with alternative solutions. As soon as the contract elapsed, she acted promptly in chasing the deposit back for us from the vendor and the real estate agent. Although we had a terrible experience with the vendor however we felt so lucky to have Julie on our side.
