Kieser Pymble - VIC

Ken Hawking I recently completed an 18 week course at Kieser Pymble to push back the need for a double knee replacement. The staff , Aiden , Kyle and Tammy in particular fantastic in putting me through the program which i found really beneficial to push back or replace the need for surgery. All staff I met were always friendly and polite even if i didnt know them.Highly Reccomended

Peta Rose Arjan is one of the best practitioners I’ve ever worked with. He is such a wonderful diagnostic physiotherapist and has helped me with many issues over the years. He is the only person I trust to really help me heal from injuries or issues. He also is very knowledgeable about piriformis syndrome and was a huge part in helping me manange my symptoms. Thank you Arjan for all your help over the years!

Braveheart Muay Thai - VIC

Mai Vo I originally joined when Roger, Lorana, and Tom were running the gym, and it was good then. Mike and Steve took over 6 months ago, and they have taken it to another level. It is a really good mix of learning new techniques, getting your technique fixed, working up a sweat, losing calories, & having fun. There is a good vibe in the gym as well, with no egos etc. Highly recommend giving it a go, my only regret is not joining years ago..
