Stelios Mixail One of the best gyms I’ve been to Really clean space with a great vibe overall. The lighting and atmosphere make it feel modern and motivating. The staff is friendly, the equipment is up-to-date and theres plenty of it. Big plus: they have a sauna and clean showers, which is always a bonus after a workout. Definitely recommended!

Kat Torcasio I attend Contrology both individually and with my teens at times. Bec is a skilled practitioner who pays close attention to your capability and form, and adapts accordingly. Classes are small and personalised to the groups needs. What you also get is great laughs, friendly company, and a community feel.
