Alex Tacon I have been enjoying Bridges training for 10 years and I keep coming back for more!!!! I am especially enjoying her strength studio, its boutique, friendly, local and she has this energy that she always brings that makes you want to come back. I have made friendships from her class, achieved amazing goals and also just gone to have some time where I can focus on me amongst females that know what its like.
