1 /5 Sidra Ahsan: I visited the Lorna Jane store at Highpoint and asked the staff for a size L in leggings. I quickly purchased the pair and left, as I was in a rush to get to work. About a month later, I finally opened the package and found that the leggings were actually a size M, not L as I requested.
I reached out to their support team for help, explaining that the item was still unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, they refused to assist me. I felt that my concern was not taken seriously, and the mistake made by the store staff was completely ignored.
I’m very disappointed to have lost $100 on something I can’t use. Please be cautious when shopping at Lorna Jane, as their customer service and return policy are not supportive, even when it’s clearly their error. Extremely DISAPPOINTING!
