James Leigh A phenomenal gym, indisputably the best gym in Australia but that’s just where it starts. The energy in this gym is highly contagious. No need to take pre work out if you train here, the aura intrinsically sends your brain in an extremely high activation state, enabling you to push yourself to your limits! One stand out component of this club is employing staff that are diligent and precise always leaving the space clean and tidy coupled with being blisteringly warm and friendly. Another outstanding element of this club I love and almost couldn’t live without is the high quality saunas and ice baths. Well kept never dirty or odorous like other gyms. I can always insure a comfortable recovery session here to keep me operating at the highest possible frequency! In conclusion, Mike and T know how to turn four walls into athletic performance centre a therapy clinic and home all in one. Definitely worth checking out!

F45 Training Docklands South - VIC
PLAYSHOP Ive been trained for 3 weeks during I was staying in Melbourne in my 45 days trip :) (Now I am back to Korea and training with F45 Korea.. and still miss it!) It is located in dockland so its harbour view after training is really beautiful! Trainers are super kind and I can be motivated every moment! The space including locker & shower is so clean and well maintained! I highly recommend here and definitely go back in next trip to Melbourne!

Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre - VIC
Carl Halpin A great facility, rebuilt recently and has all you need. 2 main pools, learn to swim pool and a warm water rehab pool in the aquatic centre part. Generally pretty busy at peak times but can still get equipment in the gym or not overly busy lanes in the pool. The spa and sauna are very popular. A great local amenity in the inner north.

Soul Athletic Club - VIC
Aysha Khan So exciting that Soul Athletic Club has finally opened its second location in Frenchs Forest, and it’s amazing! If you thought their first location in Mosman was aesthetically pleasing, the Frenchs Forest one is on a whole new level. Walking in, you wouldn’t believe you’re in Forestway Shopping Centre. The gym sets a very high standard with its beautiful design and state-of-the-art equipment. Plus, the private saunas are such a fantastic touch. Highly recommend checking it out!
