My son has been training here for two years now and has competed in a few fights — the support and coaching he’s received has been incredible. Coach Harley made the transition into competition so much easier for us as a family — his experience and care gave me real peace of mind as a parent. Both Harley and Coach Thomas go above and beyond for their students, and the whole community at Coastal is amazing. Everyone gets behind each other, especially when someone has a fight — they all show up and cheer each other on. It really feels like a team. With kids’ sports wrapping up for the year, this is the perfect place to keep your kids active and motivated in the off-season. Come try a class — you won’t regret it! ⸻

From the moment you walk in, you feel the friendly and welcoming environment — it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or experienced, everyone is treated like part of the team. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and great with all ages, making it a perfect place for families, kids, and adults alike. The community vibe here really sets it apart, and training is always fun while still pushing you to improve. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

5 /5 Thomas Currie: Awesome Drop-In experience at Coastal Combat. I had the pleasure of dropping into Coastal Combat while in town on the Peninsula for a wedding. From the moment I walked in, the students made me feel like a regular, with genuine smiles and quick intros. The coaches were absolute pros—super helpful and dialed in on technique. They broke down every move with focused attention to detail, which elevated the whole class for me. What was even more impressive. They stuck around after class to demo some wild, unique submissions Id never encountered before. Game-changer stuff thatll stick with me back home.Vibes were top-notch: positive energy, no egos, just pure passion for the art. Facilities are clean, well-equipped, and inviting. If youre anywhere near the Peninsula, do yourself a favor and drop in. Ill be back next time without a doubt.

5 /5 Beefs Barbers: A couple of months ago I was wanting something more than a gym so I reached out to Tom and Harley at Coastal Combat. I joined as a member as well as my two sons. It doesn’t matter what age you are - my youngest is 3 and I am 39 - you will find the guidance you need as a beginner, the coaching is top quality. Everyone there made us feel a part of the community from day dot. No egos, just a great bunch of people who love training and helping each other improve. Really glad to be part of it!
