1 /5 Sharelle Galea: This is the WORSE place where anyone could take there business, we have been trying to call them from 4 years ago, now we have been charged interest from the tax department thanks to them. We had to get another account to contact them on our behalf. As she struggles to this day to get a hold of them We still have to try and make contact with them as our business has still not come to a end.... emails after emails and phone calls after phone calls..I dont know what kind of business they are trying to run, but they have made our life hell. If we could take this further, we would. !!!!!!!

1 /5 Natalie S: I am absolutely disgusted with their "so called" service. I am STILL waiting for them to lodge my 2014-2015 tax return. They are un-contactable by phone and do not reply to emails. I went down to their office to speak to them and I was told I needed to make an appointment to speak with them; which they later cancelled anyway. I recommend that you go ANYWHERE else but here... or maybe try doing it yourself blind folded, you couldnt be any worse than they are.
