1 /5 A Sim: Horrible place filled with rude and disrespectful staff. I was harassed over a mistaken account of $31 that I was not made aware of until their calls. I wish the organisations that used their services knew how these people treat their clients.

1 /5 Nami Ascot Izakaya: Get msg from them, call them and let them know bills being paid, and they told me to pay new bill, I said nop cause my bill is with Yarra water and still have a due date. But lady on phone was really arrogant doesn’t want to listen our voice. What a pathetic service. I called today 4:23pm. She doesn’t want to listen if you don’t like the jobs leave the jobs.

1 /5 A Green Koala: Debt collectors that all but hang a pigs head at your door. They call with a variety of numbers unable to be found by regular Google searches and repeatedly pry for your address and personal information. Even when youre at work or busy, they refuse to hang up the phone or let you off with valid reasoning. My medical fees were meant to be paid by my insurance, but they somehow werent and because of that I got yapped at by some rude lady for 15 minutes who treated me like a criminal... while I was at work with my manager standing next to me. I ultimately paid my account, and it only took me this long because none of their text message reminders appeared trustworthy in the slightest. I myself work in customer service where I regularly have to request for and handle clients sensitive personal information and this just aint it fam. Youre apparently a large, registered company with a host of reliable corporate clients. Act more like it and less like a loan shark business.

1 /5 Brett: Constant & unwarranted harassment claiming that we have "ignored repeated requests to finalise outstanding debt". This is totally false. Written communication had been sent on our part to clearly explain the situation, but they refuse to reply and instead only present options to talk over the phone so they can run the standard scare tactics. The amount of time spent harassing us has already exceeded that of the extremely low figure they are pursuing, which in fact they should not even be pursuing in the first place due to it being a false charge. If they cared to investigate adequately before posting their serious matter letters, they would have discovered this and avoided wasting everyones time.
