1 /5 fahad yusuf: Horrible experience, 3 months and counting to open a business account, called helpline 5 times, every time they refer to verification check and then no progress. have been to this branch several times, every time had to wait 40-50 mins, Cherry on top is after 3 months the relationship manger spend 10 minutes to explain that I am eligible for premium banking however he still cannot open an account because my business partner needs to come in for verification. Stay away if you have business or want premium banking.
