1 /5 fahad yusuf: Horrible experience, 3 months and counting to open a business account, called helpline 5 times, every time they refer to verification check and then no progress. have been to this branch several times, every time had to wait 40-50 mins, Cherry on top is after 3 months the relationship manger spend 10 minutes to explain that I am eligible for premium banking however he still cannot open an account because my business partner needs to come in for verification. Stay away if you have business or want premium banking.

The incoming teller took ages to settle in while customers waited in line. How many codes do they have to enter to get logged into the system?

1 /5 Amani Karumba: The worst banking experience I’ve ever had – and frankly, one that felt discriminatory. My wife and I arrived at the Melton branch at 9:10am to update some simple details. We weren’t attended to until 11:32am – more than 2 hours later – even though several people who arrived after us were called in before us. This was not only unacceptable customer service but also left us feeling completely disrespected. Waiting nearly 2 hours and 30 minutes while others were prioritised ahead of us is disgraceful and raises serious concerns about fairness and treatment of customers at this branch. I left disgusted by the service, and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank.
