1 /5 Daniel S: Couldnt cancel and deposit my cheque. Asking me the wrong questions. Understaffed tellers. Took 1 hour of my day to confirm that they couldnt do it. Wait room full of people at closing time. Completely useless.

1 /5 Finn Cressey: Oh, what a delight the Commonwealth Bank of Australia is! I waltzed in at 2 PM, expecting a quick service, and instead got the pleasure of waiting for an hour and a half. And for my grand finale, I was told to book another appointment on a different day! It’s almost as if they don’t want their customers at all. And the cherry on top? The friendly suggestion that if I wasn’t satisfied, I should just close my account and take my business elsewhere. Truly a masterclass in customer service!

1 /5 Kiimii Triinh: Second experience with the bank have a business card but wont give me change of 300$ Also went 10 min before closure worse experience second time question is what is a banks job , aus post does better than u guys to give change I had no bank card on me so cant go atm hence the request for teller service Aus post helped me with change aftee this experience!!

1 /5 Nancy Romero: Terrible service 2 hours of wait. Left without being attended. Staff are giving preferences to language/discriminative. Staff are not very friendly unless you are of the same background.
