5 /5 F De: Training with CONO Fitness has been such a unique experience for me. The workouts are always different and tailored to all levels of fitness. Raa creates such a genuinely positive, fun and motivating atmosphere which is unlike any other gym. I have met some really great people too. Being outdoors at such a beautiful location is amazing and sets CONO Fitness apart from the rest!

5 /5 Freya Hanly: Training sessions at Cono Fitness in the beautiful Coburg Lakes Reserve is my happy place. Raa is an incredible trainer; he is always upbeat and fun, and his workouts are the perfect mix of challenging and interesting, and they cater for any level of fitness. The training crew and the scenery (especially winter sunrises) are also fabulous. Cono Fitness is quite genuinely the most fun Ive ever had exercising.Thanks Raa, legend!

He will make sure to tailor the workout to accommodate injuries and just generally has a great vibe that makes you want to keep coming back. Would definitely recommend!

5 /5 Ruth Morgan: I have had personal training sessions and boot camp with Cono Fitness and both of these are great. Trainer Raa is very knowledgeable, supportive and fun. He was fantastic at helping me return to exercise following injury. Boot camp is challenging, never boring and suitable for everyone. The setting at Coburg Lake is so beautiful, fresh air, and with sunrise or sunset often as the backdrop. The sessions are always different, the vibes always good and you really get a lot out of 45 minutes with Raa at the helm!

5 /5 Deanne Jones: My partner and I both love doing group fitness with Raa at Coburg Lake. Raa is a wonderful, genuine instructor who takes time to get to know us all and also provides diverse and challenging workouts. The group is also great - like minded and non pretentious! We love being outdoors as the sun rises exercising amongst the purple swamp hens and other bird life! Would highly recommend.
