Justin A Had always driven past and wondered what it was like to train there - so glad I joined! Its a family friendly environment where trainers Chris and Rach will make sure you train well and importantly, at your level.

Rod Gilbert I have been attending Pilates for about 9 years, so have experienced several instructors from time to time. All have been very knowledgeable, take the time to ask if you have any issues and endeavour to sort them out. Likewise other participants have all been great company and we do have some fun, apart from working hard. Thanks to Jennie and the team.

Jessie chen Donna is the best instructor I have ever met. She cares about everyone in the class and is always kind and supportive. I love her class but sadly I moved a bit far away from this studio. Highly recommend her to anyone lives nearby.

The sauna area, in particular, is my favorite area to be after a long week of basketball practice and games. Its the perfect place for me to unwind and relax. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. What makes this place truly special is their environment and energy that radiates throughout the gym. The friendly, supportive community creates an atmosphere for everyone who walks in there, where you feel encouraged and motivated. It seems like everyone genuinely cares about each others well-being, making it more than just a gym for me its makes them family.
