Evergreen Athlete - NSW

Ringo Thomas Found Finlay as a trainer in my late 20s, at a point in my life where I was working harder than I ever had, but because I wasnt training properly my body was falling apart with chronic niggles and I was hitting all sorts of thresholds. Its been about 5 years since then and I was training full time with Finlay for the first 4 of them, he was INSTRUMENTAL in teaching me everything from the ground up on how to rebuild my muscular composition taking resistance training and mobility seriously. I now live a healthy and active life again in my early 30s, still playing basketball long multiday outdoor adventures, pain free etc. I can train independently and make progress thanks to him and all my max effort weights and mobility exercises have become simply working sets! Great bloke too - youll get out what you put in!
