1 /5 Jay Jana: We recently expressed serious interest in a property listed with CRE Brokers. Craig Clark contacted us, was pleasant, and promised further details and a call back after speaking with the vendor. Unfortunately, several days passed with no follow-up. After multiple attempts to contact him, we only received brief SMS responses advising that he was busy and would return the call—which never happened. After further persistence, we finally received an unprofessional SMS stating that the vendor was interested in another party.
The lack of transparency, diligence, and professionalism in how this was handled is disappointing. Whether or not we were successful in the purchase is not the issue—what is concerning is the lack of professional conduct, follow-through, and care. Judging by other reviews, this appears to reflect a broader issue within the company’s culture.
We expect better from an agency representing serious buyers and vendors. We hope you take this feedback constructively to improve your service standards.

REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE:
Dear Mr. Craig Clark,
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
However, your response clearly reinforces my points —seems you have mistaken me for someone else who was fortunate to have the opportunity of your time and attention.
To clarify, as a formal public statement:
1. Nothing was ever relayed to me at any stage of the process.
2. I was never given the opportunity to make an offer, either verbally or formally.
3. I made no offer because you never responded to my communication or provided the opportunity to do so.
4. I received no return calls, no follow-up correspondence (other than the initial call), and no opportunity to ask questions or continue the discussion beyond my initial enquiry.
5. I fully accept that being unsuccessful in a purchase is part of business; however my concern lies in the complete lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy. Being ignored—ghosted, essentially—and ultimately receiving only a short text after repeated follow-ups reflects a serious lack of respect and diligence toward prospective buyers and vendors.
…If you have any evidence to the contrary, I will gladly make a formal public apology.
My review was intended in hope to improve the experience for future clients and vendors engaging with your services.
Thank you again for your time.
