Sarah Willmot I have been going to Christian for almost 3 months now and I cannot recommend him enough. He takes all of the mental load for the sessions; sets everything up, has all of your exercises planned, and tracks everything to make sure you are progressing. During the session hes incredibly helpful in adjusting form and pushing you to challenge yourself. I also have lower back issues from a lack of core strength, and Christian adjusts my exercises to avoid hurting myself. He also goes beyond the exercise and knows a lot about nutrition. This is the only time in my life that I have noticed changes in my body through changing food and exercise.

Stacey Anne Elite Outdoor Fitness is an absolute game-changer. Nicks expertise and passion for training are second to none. Hes created an incredibly supportive and motivating environment thats helped me achieve my fitness goals and so much more. The training is challenging but always rewarding.
