Wendy POWSON I am loving the classes at CorePlus in Mitcham. The instructors/teachers are professional, supportive and friendly and there are a huge range sessions to book across the day. The facilities are clean and nicely laid out....highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve strength, fitness and wellbeing!

James Ponder I have been member at PFF for the last couple of years and both Rob and Nadia are fantastic trainers genuinely invested in helping you achieve better health outcomes. The sessions are varied and provide differing levels of challenge depending what you are looking for and the environment they have created is very much a supportive and community type feel one. It’s way better than your standard fitness chain gyms so highly recommend anyone to try it out

Smile Taksal Great gym — always spotless, well-maintained, and constantly upgrading with new machines. The members respect the space and put weights back, and the staff make it feel like home. Easily the best training environment I’ve been in.
