Iva Izman Ive been to a number of classes here and my fav would be Joel Harris. His energy is WOW!! he is so motivating and engaging with members throughout the sesh. Even after class he makes an effort to congratulate our performance. He has great music and vibe. Absolutely destroyed but left feeling empowered. Thanks to Joel for pushing and motivating!!

Emily Hobson Great Centre to train at, very clean change rooms. The new equipment in the gym is great. I love the group fitness sessions, especially the Strong Class and Thursday night HiiT class, all well run with great Trainers who will offer exercise modifications when needed and exercise technique. The outdoor pool over the summer months is fabulous.

Obie Hui Been at this gym a year now. AF MW is not just ran by nice staff, it is filled with friendly members as well. Equipment and space is well maintained. Carpark right next to the gym in never full and ample space to move around inside the gym during rush hour. 10/10 recommend as commercial gyms can’t get much better.
