Tobe Very impressive and fun playing, my 6th year old girl just had birthday party at Fitnessworx, all kids were enjoyed during the party. We had Circus and Ninja warrior theme, both girls and boys liked the theme so much especially the Ninja one, and the coaches were well organized with experience. Party food were served in variety with party pies, sweets like brownie and biscuits etc, as well as seasonal fruits! The most important part that we were very appreciated is the birthday cakes and party favours, they offered yummy ice cream cake and little party gifts which could help to save time for most parents who were too busy to prepare those things. Nice job team, thank you for your effort! ( Just a little suggestion, 1.5 h is a bit rush for active children if having the mix party theme, 2 h will be much more happy )

Rona Morgan I have been training here for more than 10 years. James and his team are first class coaches, catering for all abilities, ages and levels of fitness. The studio is welcoming and friendly and I have made so made friends here. The group classes are an added bonus to take fitness to the next level. We love the Hybrid and Pilates classes (Lauren is a truly awesome Pilates coach). Highly recommend this studio for anyone whether new to training or experienced.
