She really took the time to understand what I was after and had no problem delivering on a ring that needed to be expedited for an overseas proposal. If her experience was not already evident, it was indisputable when the final ring arrived and fitted my fiance perfectly. I was not able to provide a ring size but that wasnt a problem for Amelia who only needed to examine a recent photo of my partner to make a calculated guess. Amelia is a true gem amongst gems and I would highly recommend working with her if you are considering a bespoke piece.

I attempted getting a custom wedding band from the same jeweller I got my engagement ring from but couldnt seem to get my vision across. However at Cushla, Nicholas understood what I wanted, took on all my worries, sent my engagement ring for 3D scanning so that my wedding band would fit perfectly alongside my engagement ring. He had perfectly designed my band, ensured I was happy with the design and also made sure that the ring was perfect before I received it. I am obsessed with my forever ring! My husbands platinum wedding band is also perfect, its exactly what he wanted and he couldnt be happier! Thank you so much!!

APM Monaco Sydney Chatswood - VIC

Ellie I had such a great experience at APM Monaco in Sydney Chatswood! I couldn’t find my receipt, but the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly located it for me. I remembered being told that the pearls on my ring were glued and could fall off, and that APM would fix it—true to their word, they did just that. The whole process was smooth and quicker than I expected. The team kept me updated with a call and a text to make sure I didn’t forget to pick up my ring. It’s always a pleasure visiting this store—the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely be happy to shop here again!
