We are really impressed with the professionalism, the passion of the training coach and the dedication is second to none. My son looks forward to each class! Amazing!! Shauna Carroll I did a free trial and I absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was in the beginner group and the actual group itself was fantastic. We all cheered each other on. I am definitely keen to look into the ongoing classes. It is a great way to keep fit, learn new skills and make friends!

Amanda Colman Highly recommend JD Fitness!! From the first session, Jamie has been so welcoming and motivating. Suffering two years with severe back pain after having two kids, Jamie is constantly finding ways to tailor the program to suit my needs which has helped extensively in easing the pain and building strength. Not having a particularly strong fitness background, training at JD has increased my confidence and am always made to feel comfortable going at my own pace. His enthusiasm and extensive knowledge in fitness and rehab is ongoing and makes coming to the gym such an enjoyable experience. The overall vibe of the gym is inviting and it’s such a pleasure to be training with a wonderful group of people!

Lalli Reddy I have been going to this gym for such a long time. There are few people that go above and beyond. Arthur, Mat , Kristian and Leedia. From reception to the classes I do. Arthur a wonderful owner always welcomes with a smile. Mat very caring and i used to do wonderful spin classes with him. Kristian very caring and takes wonderful Revive classes for us Seniors. Her classes always enjoyable and looks after everyones needs. Very approachable and kind. Leedia what can I say She always goes above and beyond. Known her such a long time and always so helpful when it comes to any Admin payments or any other concerns you. She is always so helpful if there is any concern you have regarding the gym . Well done to all of you for the caring nature you all provide that makes me feel to come to another family to this gym. Kind Regards Lalli
