Trent R Was visiting from interstate and am very glad to have found my Pilates home in Melbourne now. Beautiful studio with really lovely instructors. Classes were awesome, with a great mix of challenging options if you want the challenge, but easier options if you don’t. 10/10 recommend.

Chris Gym - VIC

Karen Graham Chris Gym is fantastic. I have never been a gym person, but I needed to improve my health, so I reluctantly joined about eight years ago - albeit with very low expectations of myself being consistent and being able to continue training long term. But that was where I was mistaken. Because this gym is different. It is unpretentious. The staff and trainers care about every person that comes there to train. When I started there, it was the first time that Ive ever felt comfortable at a gym, and comfortable in my own skin, without fear of being judged. The biggest compliment I can give is that, eight years on, Im still a member and Im still going to the gym several times a week. Ive trained on my own, Ive done personal training and Im currently participating in their 12-week challenge, The attention and care I have received has been wonderful. I have lost weight and improved my health immensely. I highly recommend Chris Gym.
