This joint is an absolute gem, the people, sauna, classes, and the current manager we have now is actually the most proactive manager I have come across at this place. To top it off, its not an ego centric gym - extremely rare to find. Come join and work out with us if you want to find your new gym family!

5 /5 Ben Faiers.: Been going there since it opened, The Staff are great, awesome family vibe and great equipment. If for what ever reason you can’t get a sweat on working out, the in house sauna will get the job done. 10/10 recommend for every one

5 /5 Lindsay Malony: Positive vibes and great local gym for me. :) Love that you dont need to book sauna. Love the creche option and my kids enjoy being there. Staff are friendly and kind. Member experience initiatives are fun and thoughtful. Not too busy, and there is a good community of people (at least during the times I go...). Clean compared to other gyms Ive been to. Planning to stay! Full disclosure = Ive been a member since before Bodyfit Shellharbour opened. My initial experience was not positive due to inconsistency with staffed hours, inconsistency with sauna being on (a key reason I joined) and feeling like staff didnt really care (except creche staff...who have always been lovely!). I was planning to cancel my membership, but was told management would be changing. I decided to stay and give the new manager a chance. Since then, there have been 2 managers (current and previous), and Ive seen an obvious improvement in communication, member experience and care factor from management. I am happy I stayed! Thank you for turning it around!

1 /5 Prepare Foundation: Cancelled membership, pretty dissatisfied with the Manager. One of their male PTs was training my wife and saying things like "If you dont finish this set Ill punch you" and calling her a "pussy". Sad in this day and age. We complained to management and it was poorly managed. Promised to get back to me and then didnt. When i asked they told me that it was Ok because he didnt mean it. Laughable! Cancelled membership on 11 June with 1 month notice and they are still charging me as of 5 Aug. There are a lot better gyms in the area - steer clear of this one...
