BAS Health & Fitness - Berowra (NSW)

Nicole My 13 year old son has been coming here for a few months now. The staff are fantastic, my son speaks highly of his coaches and peers are great too. Everyone helps the new comer. The facility looks great and my son has really adapted and is more confident in himself since joining this gym. It was recommended to me by a friend and his recommendation was spot on. It ticks all the boxes and my son is happy. Its also very affordable to my surprise. 5 stars from us. :)

Essie Dakers Lawrence is really good !! My muscles have improved with just the one massage and stretching so far. Lawrence is a very good masseur and l would recommend him to anyone who has tight muscles, especially if you have a problem with tight glutes and tight hamstrings. Thanks so much for relieving my pain and getting me an appointment so fast
