Otto K Its a lovely beach with lots of space to social distance on the sand. The national park also makes a great backdrop. The waves and rips are however consistently on the more dangerous side and I would suggest not venturing far in unless youre a strong swimmer. It is a great surf beach however.

Dilraj singh An amazing place!! 24/7 staffed, has a basketball court and a mma cage! Every machine u can imagine, staff is amazing and for the price and variety there is no competition! Highly recommend Flex 24/7 best gym in the area

Samar Elagib I’ve got to say this gym is a standout in the area. Super clean anytime I train, machines and equipment are WELL picked out, selection is top tier. What sets this gym apart though is the service. Hands down best customer service I’ve experienced , it so clearly comes from the top down, George is such a genuine owner, and the atmosphere the team created is unmatched. Love being there, I live 30mins away and still choose to come to this gym. Highly recommend.

The tailored plan, the weekly check-ins and having someone on call whenever I needed them meant that I was always getting the most out of the program.

KOTP Today we had the pleasure of being in Salmas class, she was an amazing instructor, really set the vibe and energy! Andy was super welcoming and really made us feel at home! Would really recommend this place definitely
