Quest Fitness - VIC

Sandra Rotunno I started Sharons strength classes just before Christmas and have enjoyed every single class. The price is really inexpensive for the very personalised support you receive. The gym is equipped with everything you could need and Sharon makes sure the classes are varied and give a whole body workout. Could not recommend more highly.

100Strong - VIC

Wojtek Materka I dont really like gyms, they too often make me feel like I am trading my humanity for the promise of perfection. 100Strong is different - a space where I got to enjoy the feeling of getting stronger and more grounded. Antoni doesnt just teach you to lift. He teaches you to listen. To the iron, yes, but more importantly to that quiet voice inside that weve learned to silence between deadlines and dinner plans. He reads Gogol and quotes philosophy between sets, but his real wisdom is in the way he sees you now and who you can be tomorrow. Come here if youre tired of performing your workout and ready to experience it instead. Just dont expect Antoni to let you hide behind your usual excuses. Hes too honest for that. I wanted fitness, but found something more: a return to myself, and wisdom that strength isnt just about what you can lift, but what you can carry.
