Anytime Fitness Alphington - VIC

Matthew Martin Solid Anytime Fitness. Not a big space per see but has all the necessary ingredients of a solid gym. Several power racks and also using nice alphafit weights, in decent supply so no need to search for weights like in other gyms. Not too busy on a Friday during the day. Good work team.

Mae V. Dan is an exceptional trainer. Weve been training with Dan for a few years now. He is very patient and takes the time to explain things clearly and ensures you understand the fundamentals before moving on. What I appreciate most is his ability to push you just the right amount. He knows how to challenge you to improve without making you feel overwhelmed or discouraged. I can definitely feel myself getting better with each session. I always leave the gym feeling amazing.
