BFT Clyde North - VIC

Melanie Vernon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BFT Clyde North has been an absolute game changer for me. I started training here about six weeks ago, and even though I’ve been on an 8-year weight-loss journey, losing over 30 kilos and trying all different types of training. This is the first time I’ve genuinely felt supported, motivated, and excited to show up. The coaches are incredible: knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress. Every session feels purposeful, challenging, and fun. For the first time, I’m building a healthy, sustainable relationship with both training and food, rather than feeling like I’m constantly starting over. The community at BFT Clyde North is also amazing, welcoming, positive and full of energy. I leave every session feeling stronger mentally and physically. If you’re thinking about joining, do it. I only wish I started here sooner!
