Lyn San I just completed the 8 weeks lifestyle block program at Valhalla Athletic and by far, the best atmosphere, community and coaches who fully supports your fitness journey at whatever fitness level you’re in. You come into this space feeling included in the family. I am always welcomed by the coaches and well supported at every training session. I could not fault anything about this place when you’re looking at a place that feels welcomed. Michael & Linda Taranto This gym is honestly one of a kind. Coaches that get to know you and actually care. Pushing you to achieve your best. Great workouts each day of the week that challenge you in the right way and get results. The community is another plus. Like minded people that make each class fun and supportive. They have a kids corner which has been invaluable to get workouts done with no excuses.

Holistic Physio Fitness - VIC

Philippa Byers I have been attending two classes a week for over two years with Patrick. I have become stronger and have had no injuries because of Patricks oversight. He checks in with how people are feeling and adjusts the load accordingly, gradually timing weight bearing increases. The Maintenance classes combine balance, strength and cardio, and Patrick creates an encouraging, positive and happy atmosphere for all. Small classes are a bonus. I highly reccommend. I also highly recommend physiotherapist Craig, his one treatment and the exercises he gave my daughter for her back pain, appear to have sorted the problem.
