Daniel Kostoski I’ve been training at Leverage for a long time now and can honestly say it’s an awesome academy. Phil is a wealth of knowledge and along with the other instructors, creates a fun and safe training environment. I lean on the hobbyist side and the school fulfills that for me, teaching both the self defence & sport side of the martial art and Ive gained practical skills that I apply on and off the mats. The academy is full of great people from various backgrounds and Ive made a lot of friends there.

Anna Marulli Have been attending group sessions for 2+years I highly recommend Be Well. Patrick our highly experienced Physiotherapist is excellent and is focused on the importance of balance and strength conditioning and protecting your body through the right process and exercises. The team at Be Well are truly wonderful; caring, professional and knowledgable. Having integrated services such as Physio, Yoga, Pilates and massage, and the Hot and Cold baths is very convenient and provides for more holistic care. The facilities at the centre are terrific, with great equipment, clean and a comfortable environment. Above all it’s the the staff and the regular attendees that make it great. Thanks Be Well!

m pusch Completed my first “foundation” session last night & it was the most enjoyable experience! I have never tried reformer pilates before & the instructor was so lovely, patient & informative during the session showing us all the basic moves!
