5 /5 Kevin R: I took a very old watch to (70 years ) David East Jewellers, it had great sentimental value but was in poor internal shape. Jarrod assessed what would needed to get the watch in working order and quoted a price. He did an excellent job restored the workings and maintained the originality of the watch. A very fair price and very happy with the outcome. A professional who knows what he’s doing. Thanks Jarrod.

1 /5 Dieu Chu: One star. Rolex watch purchased Sep. 2020. When it arrived via Australia Post it had an extensive dent on the clasp, gouge marks on the caseback and extensive wear. See photos of what Jarrod sent me and what actually arrived. No refund provided. I would not purchase from Jarrod again. Afterwards, I spent $820 for laser welding at a watchmaker to repair the watch (clasp and case). Update Apr. 2024: David East Jewellers sent me an email stating to remove my review or they will take legal action. After seeking legal advice, I asked him to send me a legal notice and he told me to "Stop smoking ice its not good for your mental health!!" See screenshots

5 /5 Matthew Sculley: I took my 35 year old Rip Curl watch in for repair. We discovered it (surprisingly) had a Swiss movement in it. Jarrod managed to source and install a replacement Swiss movement for a very reasonable price, thanks so much :)
