Only issue was a wrinkly leather dash, which was sorted after purchase at no cost as promised prior to sale, with loan car provided. No dodgy looking cars for sale here, highly recommended.

Andrew was great accommodating and helping us with the tricky sale with our previous car.The sales process was seamless. Thats where the positive stopped unfortunately. Long story short, found a few issues with vehicle via another mechanic that should have been picked up by their mechanic report, and rectified before sale. Dealership Direct did reimburse some money for out of pocket expenses.

Chalani Maithripala Carissa is the best broker agent I have ever worked with, and I highly recommend her to everyone. From the beginning, she has been amazing. Her thoroughness and wonderful demeanor make her a pleasure to work with. Whether or not you have a finance background, she clearly explains the process and provides fund tables (my favourite) explaining the purchase price and loan amounts and details, leaving no doubts in your mind. She is always available and responds promptly, regardless of the time. Although acquiring property can be daunting, with Carissa, I didnt have to worry about the finance side, as she handled it with exceptional accuracy and care. As someone who pays attention to all the details, I can say Carissa exceeded my expectations and I have no doubt recommending her to anyone!
