5 /5 LHP64D: For some context, I had been doing F45 for around 3 months and my partner was starting her fitness journey with Elissa when we joined Direction Strength.
We went with the aim to work on our form, to build a foundation to help prevent injuries moving forward.
When we met Elissa, we immediately got along well with her and she absolutely looked the part of a physical educator and trainer.
Elissa took the time to get to know us, our past, injuries, limitations and goals moving forward. Once that was done, she started to assess our physical abilities and design some programs for each of us, but not rigid programs. Ones with flexibility.
Frankly, shes a physical training specialist and educator. I learned so much while improving my form out of sight in the short while we trained with her.
Id highly recommend Elissa to anyone. If youre a beginner, Elissa will train you right from the start. If youre already fit, Elissa can improve your form, or look into your dietary requirements and help fine tune that too (we learnt so much about food). Id even wager, if youre a professional, Elissa could help you a lot, as she has done bodybuilding competitively too.
I would give her 11/10 if I could.
